I am currently reading Over To You by Roald Dahl.

Over To You
is a collection of short stories about flying. Drawn in part from Roald Dahl’s time spent serving in the RAF, the stories delve into flying an aircraft and all its inherent dangers and thrills. More than that, though, the book offers insights into the psychology of a pilot during wartime.
I’ve only read the first two stories of the collection, but the second story in particular, reminds me of the terrific programme Tales Of The Unexpected, which was around in the late seventies and eighties, and was also the product of Mr Dahl’s incredible imagination.

My appetite has been whetted for more of Roald Dahl’s adult-oriented fiction.
